    Default Post Carbohydrate Help

Hello, I had a question about post workout carbohydrates. I was wondering what the best option would be of these three post workout carbohydrates?

    1. Cottage Cheese

    2. Oatmeal mixed with Whey Protein

    3. Dextrose mixed with Whey Protein

    4. Any other post workout carbohydrates/combinations that are more superior or more complete for this time frame?

The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black.I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. Cottage Cheese is not and does not contain any carbohydrates. It is pure protein.

I'm under the impression the simpler the carbs the better for the post workout carbs. That way you get a hard spike of insulin. I just mix some OJ with my vanilla protein shake.

Just a little update of some other goodies that I added for post workout fusion.

    1BCAA 3:1:2 - 240 Capsules - Unflavored
    ID1GlycoJect - 2.2 Lbs. - Watermelon
    ID1ArcticPure Ultra Potency Omega-3 Fish Oil - 120 SoftgelsID1
Deep Pocket Pill Organizer ID This will be the first pill organizer I ever owned and it was free

My diet is spot on and I do not find it hard eating clean. I used to have huge problems in this area, I guess my taste buds and clarity have changed through time. My diet consists of tuna that is low sodium/rinsed and strained, fresh salmon, variety of fish, fresh organic baby spinach, canned spinach/rinsed, oatmeal, scrambled/poached eggs, skinless shrimp/raw, 1 sirloin steak a week, low fat cottage cheese, nitro tech hardcore with water "post workout only", egg protein "before bed", whole wheat bread, and baked/grilled chicken breast. I am trying to find low/no sodium flavorings/marinades. For now, I will experiment with garlic powder. I will use fruit for when I get a sweet tooth.

I have been reading so much news about vitamins and if they are helpful or hurtful. I think I will go with vitamin code, a raw multi vitamin.

I just received my supplements from Bodybuilding.com D They threw in a twelve week workout log and this c4 extreme supplement. I will document my progress with photos. I am gonna add a few more supplements in the mix for fat loss and water retention. Those supplements will be

    1. Lipo 6

    2. Evaporate

    3. Watershed

I am going to purchase some body fat calipers and was wondering if this would be a good choice?

Bump that. Once you cross the line to the AAS world, you shouldn't really bother with all those supplements crap, just the basics. I mean if they are really worth the money and deliver as advertised, would we really mess up our systems with exogenous hormones?

You both may be right, but I just jumped back into training after a long break off of working on many other areas in my life. So, I think that I have a lot of room for growing without jumping on the gear wagon so soon. These supplements I am taking don't really have insane marketing hype written all over them. These are pretty basic supplements like whey or egg protein. I am just using these with a good nutrition program, so I can learn my body better, reach a good natural growth level, before using any gear, " a real cycle of test." My natural testosterone levels are still high right now. I guess my results will speak for itself!

Maybe so, but I have heard some pretty good reviews on that Lipo, from different boards. I just need a kick start with my cardio.
