    Default Advice from vets on Diet please.

    My order has shipped... Should be 14 days... So far so good but not through customs yet...
    Here is the cycle
    1-13 ultradex 150mg ED
    2-13 Test P 50mg ED
    1-4 T-bol 70mg ED
    8-13 Winny 50mg Ed


    If you look in member pics.. You can see what I look like currently and my progress over the last year. So I want to get ripped and gain a little lean muscle. 6% is my goal... Anything lower would be gravy.....I have training down.. Diet Im still iffy on.

    Ok Here is kinda what I got so far.

    Meal 1
    6 eggs
    2 pieces of toast

    Workout

    Meal 2
    Up your mass w/water (only one my stomach can handle)

    Meal 3
    2 cans of tuna w/ mayo

    Meal 4
    2 chicken breast
    8oz veggies

    meal 5
    1/3 ground chuck
    8oz veggies

    meal 6
    1 chicken breast

    1 1/2 gallons of water a day...

    Any suggestions would help..Im kinda failing on this.... and I am willing to eat the same thing everyday to make it easy.

    I know you asked for vets sorry if I dont fit that category LOL. Your diet doesnt sound bad seems like your eating plenty of times a day. I would change two things maybe just eat the whites in meal 1 and 2 get rid of the mayo. You said you want to get down to 6% it takes a tight diet to do that. I know tuna can get nasty but if you spray a little vege cooking spray (no cals no fat) in a frying pan and fry the tuna with a little spicy (no cal no carb) sause or something like that it becomes tolerable. Consider ground turkey instead of red meat? In my opionion your cholesterol raises alot while on cycle so why add to it with food. Good luck bro and again sorry if my rookie opinion was unsolicited LOL.

    You need more carbs and fats.
    Say on meal 3 and 4 I would add white rice or a red potato....
    Keep the carbs in the morning and clean it up after lunch.
    Pick up some form of good fats and add them in about 3 of your meals.....
    Drop the toast and add 1/2 cup of whole oats....
    Drop the up your mass and replace it with hydro builder by ON....

    i have tried everything as far as protein and weight gainers... they all give me super bad heart burn for like 4 hrs.. Then I have the shits... like crazyshits for like 6 hours....I have tried like 30 different protein brands...ON was one of the last ones I tried before I found up your mass...I have tried lactose free/ and all different types of protein...


    Um Ill add like a avocado.. for fats...Ill replace the toast with oats.. Ill add some carbs in but what and which meals... Thanks


    What should be my total calories im aiming for


    Turkey...Thats a good suggestion.

    Try about a 1/2 a cup of cooked rice in meals 3 and four to start or a red potato in the place of the rice. See how it works. At first you may start smoothing out but dont freak out it temporary. You will start getting hard and filling out.
    You will have to play with the total cals from carbs so that you get harder without loosing muscle...

    Once you start to harden up you can drop the carbs (just a little at a time) and you body fat will start dropping fast.

    if your trying to lean up. why the mass gainier? I personally think you need more protein also. Bump Badstone on more fat and carbs in the morning.
    protein is the only thing that builds muscle. carbs and fat are energy sources. you have to consume enough fat and carbs so your body doesn't go into starvation mode.

    because like explained above.. that is the only protein powder I can take.. that doesn't leaving me shitting continuously for 6 hours.. What should I be hitting? Like 400grams? I can add another couple of chicken breast and another can of tuna... that should put me another what like 80g - 100g more...

    your taking a weight gainer if your getting the shits. weight gainers are junk and full of sugar. I believe 2g protein per pound of body weight if your trying to build muscle. how much protein do have figured your getting?
