    Default Chicken or fish Recipes

I looked though the sticky for recipes and didn't find any...

Was wondering if any of you have some recipes for chicken breasts and or fish that are good. One of the main reasons that I tend to fall off the wagon is I don't have a lick of skill in the kitchen. Oh I can cook alright, but when it comes to making things taste good that are low in calories, I just can't do it. This results in eating bland food for too long and then falling back into bad habits eating junk.

Do you have anything that is easy and could possibly be used with a vacuum sealer to make stuff up in advance? I would love to be able to make some food and then seal it up so that I could pull it out of the fridge/ freezer and drag it with me to work. Toss in the microwave and lunch/ dinner is served.

    Any help is appreciated!

I have done the marinades. I just dot know what a good one is and what flavors work well with the steak and/or chicken.

I found a couple chicken recipes front he chef I am going to try. That Soy chicken recipe looks like a good one. Has a shit load of sodium I am sure, but if it tastes okay, I can consume it for a long period of time.

The real shit will hit the fan when I start to travel again next month.
