    Default ketosis + clen?

    Hi people,

Just joined as I've started a major lifestyle change 2 weeks ago and intend to stick to it so going to be doing a lot of reading up on here.

Have been doing atkins and 5km runs/rowing 5 times a week with weights sessions 3x a week after a run/row and have dropped from 236lb to 227lb so far while feeling a lot stronger for it and building some muscle..

I'm currently upping reps each weights session while keeping weights the same and starting to enjoy the running building up from 20min to 40min now..

My goal is to reach 195lb'ish as this was the weight I was happy with/looked good at before meeting my girlfriend 2yr ago which made me swap gym sessions for wine and pasta sessions and getting lazy on the sofa!!

The question I've been searching for and can't find via here or google is that is Clenbuterol beneficial to or will burn fat faster on this present training regime or be detrimental to it?

    Any ideas??

I'm no fan of Clen, but it could help for a short bit. you have to cycle clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and its not fun to be on. good luck

I've never had great results with clen either.
Are you on atkins or CKD diet?
    I'm going to assume atkins.
I would switch to CKD. Basically I'd just try to make sure you're getting more protein in.
Try for about 30g per meal six times per day. lus the fat.
If atkins is working for you now, you can stick with it.
But if you get to the point where you're more into building muscle and getting learner, CKD is a better diet. It would mean calorie counting and protein counting. I'm not sure if you're counting calories much on atkins right now.

Hi, thanks for the replys..I'm on atkins which seems to be working and am getting through a load of protien(but not counting calories)

I quite like clen an hour before a workout, I can push harder with it but the sweats and shakes are pretty awkward when you can't even hold a cup of coffee without spilling it!

Will look into the other diet thanks, will try atkins for another 2 weeks just to give it time. I'd have thought i would have lost more by now but possibly the weights sessions have converted some fat to muscle which I know is denser.

Then when my targets been reached I've got some winstrol tabs to try but want to get my liver in top condition and get some more info on it first.

Anyone else got definitive proof if clen will maximise weightloss on atkins?

Well if your diet is working and you're getting protein in, than might as well keep with it. Problem is when most people do Atkins they dont' really concentrate on the protein but just foods that are fatty with no carbs.

Clenbuterol works with any diet, it raises your body temperature, it's not really diet related.
