    Default Question about EAA...

I have some essential amino acids that are 3 years old. They have been sitting in a cabinet at room temperature all that time. They smell and taste the same as they did when I bought them new.

Do y'all reckon it's still nutritionally effective?

That's the direction I was leaning, but I figured I would ask before I go and pitch a half a kilo of aminos.
