1 I have read that Keto diet does not work well with gear..Is that true and why?

2 Can I drink black coffee on keto diet?

3 Can I drink Low Carb import monsters on keto diet? It is under 15g carb?


Thanks for advice.. I work graveyard shift and I am use to drinking a lot of these. I have reduced it to 2 cups of black coffee but I did have a energy drink last nigth too... just trying to figure it out. I got answer in both directions on google..

Keto is fine on steroids, assuming you are dieting. Though some do it while bulking too.
Black coffee is fine.
3. Those drinks might be iffy. I'd get an alternative with less carbs. There are some that can have 60g of carbs a day with no problems, while others have even 20 and they're kicked out of ketosis.
I believe you could even have heavy cream in your coffee, if you wanted. I think that's the one that's a lot of fat, and barely any carbs. Well not even sure people put heavy cream in coffee lol.
