I dunno if you've calculated your percentages but this is what they look like...

    Protein: 50.5%
    Carbs: 34.5%
    Fat: 15%

    This is spot on!

I don't know what your maintenance level is, but you should check it out to ensure your daily calorie intake is sufficient also.

i was always under the impression it was 45% carbs, 40%protein, 15% fat while bulking. ive used that ratio in the past and it has worked well for me. as far as my maintenance and macros, i was bulking for a few weeks before i went on cycle and gained exactly 5 lbs in 5 weeks eating 3000 cal a day.

Protein should always be higher than your carb and fat intake. As for your calories... I'm of the opinion that they should be your highest priority. So take just 15 minutes of your time to ensure for certain that you are getting the fundementals right. I want you to do some homework and actually calculate your maintenance level.

    Caloric guide (for cutting/bulking/maintaining)

... No offence, but with your current ratio of carbs, its not suprisng that you've gained weight rapidly.

Don't get disheartened though... When you bulk you're supposed to put on some extra fat. We just need to see exactly what your caloric requirements are so that you can recieve the best possible results.

when i had a dietician help me with my diet plan he said my maintenance level was 2500cal. so 500 above is 3000 cal. based on that link u just posted which ive read before it says i would need about 3800cal to bulk, which i know would be WAY too high for me.

ill change my ratios around and see how i work with less carbs and more protein.
so ill do 260g carbs, 375g protein, and 50g fat, seem good?

Just read the very first post...Just want to weigh in with my personal experience.

    1st cycle
    900 pentadex weekly
    300 masteron weekly
    70 anavar ED

Started out at almost your exact stats. I am now 206 @ 10%BF...I ate 6000calories a day.. 400grams a protien. Intense lifting was 3 times a week with 3-4 cardio sessions a week for 30 mins. So dont worry about puttin on Lean mass... Like my brother tells me all the time. Fat is easy to loose fast. Muscle is hard to gain fast!
