    Default Diet Help PLEASE !!!

OK so I would like to get some advice on a good diet cutting FAT as fast as possible... Im 35 yrs old 5ft 9 at 188 pounds im at bout 22% body fat and went down from 26% in the last 3 months. I have all the gear I need to start my cycle but im not quit ready yet. I want to drop bout 10 more pounds before I start. That would get me under 20% body fat. Now dont get me wrong im not fat by no means or really over weight. just have that gut and love handles I need to rid off me. LOL OK first cycles will be as follows.

    Test only Cycle:
    Test E 500 mgs week 250mg Sun/ 250mg Wed. 1-10 weeks maybe 8 if I respond well.
Pct Amiredex 0.5 after 3 weeks if needed.
Have Nolva, Clomid and a little HTC.

So if someone would be willing to lay out an exact diet for me were I can drop 8-10 pounds as fast as possible I would really appretiate it. Thanks Bro"s.

BTW I work out 5 days a week ( HARD and HEAVY ) Plus 30-45 minutes of Cardio 5 to 6 days week.

You will have to do some calculating.

There should be a thread somewhere on this, maybe in the Diet Forum...

You will have to calculate your daily caloric value goals, and macronutrient values. I would suggest also weighing your food, so you would have to buy a weighing scale.

What worked for me was the Palumbo diet. Hands down, the best diet ever. But it's meant for cyclers and it was designed as a pre-competition cutting diet.

A variation of the Palumbo is the Ketogenic diet. Some key tips:

    - the best time to do cardio is on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning
    - change up your cardio week to week (one week do HIIT, the next do incline, the next week a combination of both, etc)
    - the next best time to do cardio is right after a weights workout

I lost 30 pounds in 30 days last year only 50 grams carbs a day otherwise protein and raw veggies. And as always lots of water. After 30 days I started gaining weight back bit continued to drop fat. I consumed the carbs 1 hour before workout. The first 2 weeks u will have no energy, but then ur body gets used to it.

Don't forget to calculate your caloric maintenance level.

Because doing weights burns a lot of calories, so your glucose (carb) levels will be second most depleted.
