Absolutley, gratefruit for breakfast, blueberrys in the oat meal etc. bulking or cutting.

Alot of different fruits are good to cleanse and flush out your system of toxins. I think they should always be part of your diet no matter if your bulkinf / cutting or what.<<<<IMHO>>>>

Absolutely.
As above said, it also clean your system. Personally, Im a fruitomaniac...there are days I only eat fruit. Not cause I need to, but I just love it:-) Especially for people doing cykles, I believe it is a must have of natural resource food, to ensure stability of toxins in your body. |

i realy think you need fruit to reach you maximum potetial and for your health. there are a lot of vitamins and minerals in there that you need

I throw in yougurt, soya, protein, fruits and even at times heavy fibers. I can cook really well but, I guess Im lazy. Besides, I think a mix of fruits from bananas, apples, and orange fruits fills quite a decent daily need. I eat meat maybe 3 times per week, and that includes fish. |

when I'm trying to lean out as much as possible I try to have very little sugar maybe only after I'm done training and then I will eat some raisin's

Usually have mixed frozen berries in my shakes twice a day. Sometimes an apple or grapefruit.
