So basically I just want some alternatives in my diet.. Or some input, however you wana look at it.. Im currently training in case the military finally decides to let me in and go for Special Forces (some of you know about my long battle with this).. So here it is:
Basically im running 2-3 miles a day and as the days go by that number will increase along with some added days of swimming (2-3x per week) My workouts in the gym have turned anerobic? not sure if its the right term but basically i do it at a high intensity with as little break as possible between sets, kinda feels like im doing cardio.. So these are the numbers i think im looking at for Carbs, Proteins, Fats: Protein: 300-400g Carbs: 200g GOOD Fats: 100g (ish??) <-- not sure So id like to know what to keep in and out of my diet.. Basically it consists of this: LOTS of Chicken Tuna Beef Turkey Steak Green Beans Broccolli Carrots Asparigus Brown Rice Wheat Bread Oatmeal Peanut Butter Virgin Olive Oil Almonds Apples Supplements: Isopure 50g Protein Shake 2x daily BCAA Amino Acids Cycle to come: Test E 500-600mg a week - 12 weeks Anavar- 60mg ED for 12 weeks Vitamen B12 injections - 1mg a week, 12 weeks (or as long as i can use) Trying to get in 1 1/2 gallons of water a day... This is basically it for what I mix and match in my diet.. Is this OK? Is there anything i can add or should i take anything out?? Thanks Bros!

A little off point i dont know what u are doing but u should do alot of powerlifts/olympic lifts , they will help. Also push ups pull ups, etc. Also u should do 2-3milers, and 8-10milers. It's not uncommon to run 50 miles a week. What kinda pace u running? But yeah the nonstop training is what u need for sfas. And the Q course.
Also I'm not an expert but is 12 weeks long for var? Good luck brother! Last edited by dieseld; 07-18-2011 at 07:44 PM. |

As for the Var, I dont think 12 weeks is bad at all considering its very mild on the liver and im literally drinking nothing but water, if i can hit the 2 gallon a day mark im sure ill be fine.. Thanks for the advice bro.. Are you in the service?
