Hey guys. I am relatively new to steroids. Have been lifting for 2 1/2 years properly and steadily, am aged 25, and on my second Test E cycle, 6 weeks in. Frontloaded with 2 weeks Dbol but chickened out a little early on that when my hair started thinning badly.
Anyway I am looking for some feedback on my diet. I made some gains on this naturally, went from 9 stone to 11 stone, and I am now stuck at 11 stone despite being on steroids, and I am very confused as to why this is happening. I am doing no cardio, my bodyfat is pretty low - I have a little bit of lower stomach fat but rest of body in extremely lean. Breakfast 1/2 cup oats, 2 scoops ON whey protein, skimmed milk blended into shake 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites with 2 pieces wholegrain toast + 2 pieces turkey bacon Pre-workout 1 cup brown pasta 1 turkey fillet OR salmon fillet Baby leaf salad Creatine Post-workout 2 scoops ON whey protein 1 can tuna with 2 pieces wholegrain toast Dinner 1 chicken fillet OR striploin steak 1 sweet potato OR 1 cup wholegrain rice Green vegetables Pre-bedtime 2 scoops casein protein 2 Ryvita with scoop of peanut butter on each What am I doing wrong? I'm on 500mg Test E per week, I workout supervised by a trainer 4 days per week, a legs day, chest and triceps, shoulders and biceps, and back. I'd really appreciate help |

no one knows what your food weighs. you need to know how much it weighs, so you make sure your getting enough.
you need to eat atleast 310g protein, 160g carbs, and 80g fat everyday. IMHO if you grew naturally with your diet, but you don't now. than you know you need to up your protein for sure. how long do you workout in the gym? |

Yeah I don't know how much it weighs. I go for fairly large freerange chicken fillets and just normal sized salmon/tuna/steak fillets. For rice/pasta/potato I always use one cup.
For my workouts, I spend 45 minutes max on each session, that is weights only, no cardio, and I said I go to a gym where you have a personal trainer with you. I go four to five days per week, never on weekends. Generally it would be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At present I'm not engaging in any regular cardio. |

I understand diet is key, but I gained about 15lbs on 500mg test and my diet was crap my first cycle, I also have alot of buddy's that don't eat till lunch time and somedays don't even have a protein shake and they still get blown up. My diet is on track now but just saying its crazy how people are so different

Oh ya I know first hand, last cycle I did was my best and its cause my diet was on,, just crazy how some eat like crap
