Haha I haven't eaten it yet (I am hoping it taste good, supposed to be healthier than chicken eggs). Tomorrow morning it's going down! I will say, even off cycle I keep getting bigger and stronger based on my diet and hard work! I still keep some extra belly fat on deck, but I keep adding extra weight to the routine each week B) so I am happy.

All kidding aside, this is the best breakfast I found for morning or afternoon workout:
I wake up at 7-730am and take any AM oral immediately. Then wait 45 mins to 1 hour before breakfast, so fats from food don't absorb orals. 815-830am: 50g protein, 25g carb total: (either 2 scoop whey; or 1 scoop whey, 1 whole egg & 4 white), & 1/2 cup oats. I take CLA and 1000mg fishoil with carbs like oats, to slow absorption. 1000-1030am: 4-6oz yam with 1 tsp Smartbalance lite butter (approx 1/2 yam equals 27-35gcarb). I wait 30 mins after eating yam to take NO3 pre-workout products. Then wait 30 mins for NO3 to kick in, and it's off to the gym. If you drive to the gym, I would advise leaving your house right after taking NO3 so it kicks in by the time you park at the gym, & get ready to use weight. I have a daily diet I made, that I follow pretty strict. It's like a "choose your own ending book", with meal options for the day. Really counting my calories, with steady leg work, helped me drop over 25lbs of fat (over 18% easy, and now I'm back bulking on the same diet by just adjusting protein intake. Any questions, let me know. Hope this helps. Maybe I'll take a picture of my diet page I use daily, if people request. I don't feel like typing all that crap.

put arrow though fat doe 2day.about 180 dressed.chowin on sum back straps now!!haven't had much red meat since march when ran out.gonna get out the crock pot and start my bulk cycle on sunday off right.4lb roast an all the trimmings.
