What the guy said in the last 2 minutes I totally believe he is right,about cooking the right things.
As far as stat ans my dad takes 300 $ a month in that stuff ,but my genetic line showed that my family has high ldl and hdl but no heart failure. Triglycerides in the blood is different story,when on Accutane my doc flip a gear when my tri were high.Blood test every 2 weeks. cholesterol used by the liver also makes test and alot of other needful hormones.
