Houzit okes , i have a question , my weight is a 100 kg , my calories are currently around 3200 clories a day and it consists of egg whites , oats pastas brown rice peanut butter chicken breast lean mince honey and sweet potatoes , my feeling is i need to get it up to around 4500 calories per day does any one have any ideas how i can up my calories and what they suggest i eat , my goals are to build muscle , and just wanna get fucking huge , i am currently running hgh and testoviron with masteron , any ideas would be greatly appreciated , thanx a lot guys.

Well, you're on the right track food wise. You can add white potatoes in there and mass gainer shake post-workout to give you 600 to 700 extra calories.
Also, Masteron is a DHT cutter. You might want to change that to Tren or Deca if you're looking to mass up.

Post what you eat in a day.
You can make your own shakes for inbetween meals too. Cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops protein, two TB spoon of peanut butter, mixed with milk. Looking at about 600-700 calories right there.

at the moment i eat 8 egg whites with a bowl of oats and a tablespoon of honey , with a multi vitamin and omega 3 and 6 softgel tablets in the morning hours later i go and train , after training i drink a whey protein shake with pasta and sweet potatoes an hour later i eat 200g of chicken breast with pasta and sweet potatoes 2 hours later i eat 150g of lean mince and brown rice 2 hours later i eat about 3 to 4 rice cakes with peanut butter and a whey protein shake with omega 3 and 6 softgel tabs 2 hours later i eat 200g chicken breast with a cup of broccoli before bed i drink a casein protein shake and some glutamine this order sometimes changes because i work shifts so my training times are always different , aswell as the time i wake up , because sometimes i only get home at about 3 am , than i obviously dont wake up at 7 or so , so what do you guys think ?

Not much fat. You do not need to be fat to get big but you have to eat fat. use more whole eggs, and beef, olive oil when you cook eggs.

ja i do make all my food with olive oil , do u guys think i should add in another meal with red meat , or drop the chicken in 1 of those meals and replace it with red meat , like steak or something ?

cool , i will also eat 4 whole eggs with 4 egg whites , one more thing ,the meal i am going to include with red meat , is there a specific time that i should eat the red meat and what else should i eat with the extra red meat , i appreciate all the help , thanx

There's a great website to go to, if you don't already have a caloric/food calculator. Fitday.com has a great program you can download and store so that you can program your food intakes.
