im sorry should have explained better i work 12 hour days and am looking for already made quick shake that has tons of cals and some quality protine being as i cant eat regular except on the weekends.

you looking for a RTD (ready to drink)?
if so your options are limited for anything with a lot of calories. CytoSport has Monster Milk 330 cals, 45g pro, 17g carb, 9g fat. Muscle Milk is around the same cals and carbs, less pro, more fat. RTD's are pricey. Ensure sells small little protein drinks with 350 cals. put that bugger in a shaker with some extra protein powder and you could be in the 600+ cal range. I make me up some of those sometimes if i cant use a blender and it tastes like a legit milk shake.

if you want a powder you need to know your macros and what you need to take in daily divided up. take this info and search online or hit gnc for something w protein and carbs at the needed ratio, just try to keep fat down and the sugers as low as possible. if your going to just buy a weight gainer be prepaired to put on some fat. if you want to build lean mass look at proteins w high protein 40-60g serving and under 2-3 g fat. gnc amp line is the one i use. seriously though if you wanna gain mass you need to prepack 3-4 meals during that 12 hr shift at work and throw it in a compact soft shell cooler $20 walmart. and eat BEEF. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

ya thanks for all the words guys.i think ima get some wieght gainer powder from bb.com but some gainers work better then others i guess ill just have to find the one that works the best for me.

I actually took my own blender to work when I worked 12 hour days ,and
keeped it very clean. I used a lot of powders and milk ,yes everyone will think its odd but I really did care what they thought. But its worth it. I have one of those coleman coolers that are 3 of the smaller ones it was full of BCAA glutamine RTD vitamins ,have to keep the body from going into a catabolic state thats when you lose mass. ![]() If you start using EQ your going to want that extra food trust me.

I work a tough schedule to bro sometimes 12-16 hour days and what helps me is i spend half a day on the wkend cooking all my meals for the week to take to work all individually wrapped for everyday according to my diet at the time to ease my mind of constant everyday racking ur brain what can i make or do i need to eat. Also in my locker i keep a box of meal replacement bars,jars of peanut butter, and a couple diff fruits in the fridge. It is alot of work at the time about 5-6 hours of cooking but it will pay off through the week so just something to think about

12 to 16 hours, you have my sympathy. It sounds like you have the meal thing figured out. Too often guys will dedicate themselves to lifting and cut themselves short on diet. Sounds like you apply the same kind of discipline to eating as you do top lifting. I don't think I could do 12 to 16 hour days.

If you can find a good website with discounted prices, shoot for Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer. The taste is heavy, but with those ingredients and a good diet and AAS....its impossible to not get huge.
