google homie, it's a family but the basis is beans, look into keto or palumbo diets, you cut carbs to the point your body uses fat as it's energy source to make it short.

How often do you splurge and how bad do you splurge? I couldn't take it anymore so I lost my mind and ate pancakes this morning like they were the last calories of holy existence on earth...

shit happens and if you need it you need it, unless your a paid fitness model the only one it matters to is you. once you get down around 10% and definitely there after you'll be lean enough that when you splurge you'll see the difference, it's like driving a giant v8 truck and flooring it going up a hill and watching the gas gauge go down. one minute you'll have oblique and lower ab lines from weeks of work and then you'll eat a tables worth of pancakes in one sitting and there gone!!! once the negative doesn't out way the positive it's easier to stop. and to answer your question on a personal note I eat clean all the time now, I just make sure everything tastes amazing which isn't hard to do!! yesterday I made pasta sauce from scratch in my crockpot w whole wheat pasta and made baked shrimp and chicken rigitoni in spicy red sauce. there's always lightly blackened salmon grilled chicken, flap steak, lean gr beef 1/3 lb hamburgers and tons of healthy fruits and veggies ready to go in my fridge. I honestly from the bottom of my heart believe learning how to cook good food is the true key to great health and longevity. and it landed me a super hot wife. . .
