Ketosis diet or Palumbo diet. Hit it hard for 12 weeks and then hit a cycle.

Well.....as of right now I am not currently on a certain regimen...When I use to workout on a regular basis my diet was always my downfall...I am probably going to be starting the Palumbo diet unless someone has some better ideas....I have purchased some Clen to also help with the fat loss....

Go with the Palumbo, it worked for me big time. My waist went down about 5in and I didn't lose any size anywhere else. That was with no clen or extra fat burners, just a little caffeine in the morning before doing cardio.

Also add in some Prop it will help in the energy department. Are you back to working out? How long did you take off? A freind of mine took 7 months off for College and after 3-4 months of lifting he is ahead of where he left off, bastered!!!
