bananas are great, but variety is the key having as many diferent types of fruits as you can everyday or three different types a day including bananas have a fruit salid will do wonders for your nutrition

These ^^^^^^^^ plus rasberries and cherries are all excellent choices and taste better than candy( already had rasberries strawberries and blueberries with some greek yougurt this morning)

all great suggestions. i try to keep banannas to after workouts. easily converts to glucose and excellent source of potassium. i blend it in a protein shake with a mix of different fruit daily.
