    how do you guys eat your Tuna during your cycle? Do you just get it out of the can or bag and eat it plain or what? is there a better way to eat it to make it more enjoyable? thanks

    I've eaten it out of the can, bag, mixed it with peanut butter, mixed it with cottage cheese, and tuna salad with a dozen eggs is probably the best.

    i just googled tuna recipies and got this, seems easy you could modify it to be low fat



    Best Tuna Casserole
    1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup frozen green peas 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms 1 cup crushed potato chips

    Directions
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
    In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and top with potato chip crumbs and remaining 1 cup cheese.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly.

    I always make tuna salad with hardboiled eggs. I cant eat it without eggs anymore

    tuna is actually one of my favorite foods. I eat about 4-6 cans a day and switching up the recipes helps. here are some combos that work for me:
    hot sauce and mustand
    olive oil and balsamic vinegar
    light mayo (can mix with almost any seasoning really)
    thai peanut sauce

    I drink mine!!

    I put three I85g tins in the blender with salt and pepper and a squirt of jalepeno sauce with two tomatoes.and pint of water...............now blend................then take 2 shake containers and then devide the mixture evenly into them then fill both to the top with water. now you have 2 tuna shakes with loads of protien

    My protein sources are:
    1: Mixed protein, slow and fast proteins.
    2: Cottage cheese
    3: Same as 1
    4: Chicken/Beef/Steak
    5: Same as 4
    6: Same as 1

    I used to choke tuna down, but got leaner than ever with the above, so I said why bother.

    And if you still want your tuna, put a bit of mayo in. Imo, it's not as bad as everyone thinks, all it is, is eggs, oil (some with olive oil), and I believe lemon juice or vinegar. And there's nothing wrong with having that in your diet.

    Hi wam,
    I found once tuna salad recipe on net. It was simple and delicious so thought of sharing with you.
    4 ounce drained canned tuna,
    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese,
    1/2 nicely chopped rib celery,
    1 chopped scallion.
    Put tuna in small size bown and flake with folk. Add and mix remaining ingredients.
