What you will need
3/4 lb Salmon fillet, cut in half 3 TBS low-sodium chicken broth 2 tsp + 1 tbs fresh lemon juice Sea Salt and Pepper (or any preferred seasoning) 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil 1 medium clove garlic Optional: 1 tbs chopped fresh dill Directions: 1. Press or Chop garlic and let it sit for 5 minutes 2. Rub Salmon with 2 tsp of fresh lemon juice. Season with Salt and Pepper 3. Heat broth on medium heat in a stainless steel skillet. 4. When broth begins to steam, add Salmon fillets and saute for 3-4 minutes. 5. Turn Salmon over and saute for another 3-4 minutes depending on thickness. Salmon is done when it flakes easy with a fork. 6. Dress with 1 tbs of lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. (for more flavor add 1 tbs of basil) (Optional: For more mellow garlic flavor, add chopped garlic to salmon for the last minute of sauteing.) Hope you guys like this and give it a shot. If you guys like I can post a few of these a week. Also will take requests. Drayc- |
