    For this you'll need:

    - 1 lb of lean ground Chicken
    - 1 lb of lean ground Turkey
    - worcestershire sauce
    - black pepper
    - seasoned salt
    - Diana's marinade (Spicy Pepper, Maple Syrup or Honey/Garlic)
    - 1 large onion
    - several cloves of garlic
    - 1 egg
    - seasoned bread crumbs
    - spices (sage, paprika, cumin, thyme, nutmeg)
    - brandy

    1) Let the grounds meats sit out on the counter to get them to room temperature for about a half hour
    2) Place the meat into a large bowl and mash it
    3) Cut onion into diced bits
    4) Place garlic cloves in blender and chop
    5) Combine egg, bread crumbs, spices, sauces, raisins, onions and garlic and mash together
    6) Put a couple of tablespoons of brandy into the mix for some extra flavouring
    6) Form meat into burgers

It's a matter of opinion Tommy...I would completely agree if you're eating ground Chicken or Turky plain or with very little spices, but combining it like I've said makes it taste great...
