lightly seasoned with sea salt and i cant believe its not butter tin foil and baking sheet 350 in oven 20 minutes flip and 20 minutes. awesome snack for those who miss the fries

bump this I think the first time I heard about sweet potato fries was from a post from admin. I tried them and got hooked. I found them in the frozen section by the regular fries they work if you don't have time to cut them up yourself.

I will cut them into fries, put them in a huge bowl, add a couple tbsp of olive oil, tbsp dijon or spicy mustard, tsp (or just splash on) lemon juice, chili powder, bit of red pepper flakes for a kick, and some seasoning salt. Mix it all up so it's all coated. Then bake for about 30mins at 400 degrees. Mix them up every ten mins.
Taste amazing, only thing is they aren't crispy like fries. Just think, you could technically have these every day while dieting. I will also get the frozen one from Costco. I haven't looked but I think they must add some oil to them because they are pretty crispy.
