Flank steak Skirt steak i eat enough steak daily that even in bulk i cant buy the good stuff. so in place with these usaully tougher steaks look up slow baking recipes online. i like to take the steak, typically a thinner but lengthier cut, throw on some low sodium wet marinade and soak it for 24 hrs. then take it out, and roll it onto itself so it looks like a cinnamon bun, wrap it up in about 2 layers of tinfoil, preheat oven to 250-350 depending on how much time you have then bake it, flipping it and checking every half hr or so. will come out juicy and soft like a filet mignon.

crock pot! i eat alot of veni! any tough meat will cum out falling apart.of course it can take 6-8 hours.just put it in the morning! an make a few meals at a time.

I've had this discussion on digestion of red meat in the past couldn't tell you the context or link. Bottom line is simple. If you're an unhealthy fat ass everything you eat will be stored as fat. PERIOD. If you train/cardio/have sex for more then 30 minutes, something to keep your metabolism kicking, all of your protein should have no issues passing through giving you all it's value along the way.
A few very simple rules are, no white grains, all the veggies you like, keep fat to healthy fats and have at least 5 meals a day. If your anything but advanced and trying for weight gain simple rule of thumb is 2 g protein per 1 lb body weight. Take digestive enzymes w carb/protein heavy meals and take a probiotic everyday. My newest steak fetish is and has been boneless beef short ribs for months now. A lot of the places I got bulk meat from stopped carrying the cheaper cuts in bulk and I can pick up an uncut block from Costco for cheap and just cut it to size. This is pretty choice anyway when you need to measure meals. I'll throw some low fat/sodium BBQ sauce and teriyaki on it and let it marinade for a week. Then broil it in the Oven, middle rack for 24 min turning every 6 min. It comes out bloody rare w juices inside and the fat just melded into the meat. I eat 2-3, 4-8oz serving a day. Sometimes I lose control and don't measure and eat a whole slab but I can't afford to eat steak everyday if I do this so gotta have a small bit of control. I've never had an issue and because of the plethora of meds I'm pretty well monitored and couldn't imagine being in better shape aside from work related injuries.

BRO!! I feel your pain!!! I use a broiler pan and line it w the full size aluminum foil from Costco, it lasts forever an is well worth it. I also go through paper plates like a mad man as eating multiple meals at home everyday is a pain in the ass on dishes
