2 lbs 93% lean ground beef
1 green pepper 1 sweet onion 1 jalapeno pepper 3 shells garlic 2 tbsp A1 2 tbsp worschester 2 tbsp egg whites chop it up, get your hands dirty mix it up real good, make palm size patties, great on the grill, i just throw em on the foreman. all natural, no extra bs, lean, great protein and great with the thin wheat buns. works with ground ostrich, buffalo and turkey, but lean beefs gotta be the way.

it just a simple recipe bro, i like making a few batches of things that i can come home from the gym and throw on after a shake. i love making in depth recipes but sometimes it nice to just throw stuff together and get it done and still enjoy the flavor and not feel guillty.
