    To bad no bloodtests were ordered for E2 especially considering you are having a gyno flare. These doctors never seem to look at the obvious and start with mamograms and stuff.

    Yeah that's probably because they get paid more for that referral. I hope they get around to doing something useful.

    Just got back from the gym and did something different today. I did a full body workout doing one (compound if possible) exercise (one set) to failure for each body part. I think I'm going to stick with this for now and only go 3 times a week until I go back on cycle because I'm tired of feeling like such a pussy in the gym lately. My usually ferocious approach to lifting is gone and I feel weaker than I did at my natural max. This fuckin Letro is killing me physically and mentally. I'm about to just say fuck it and live with the fat nipples and get big and strong again!

    Good approach I think. You'll feel better and letro will be hampering your recovery anyway. Keep the workouts to 30 min 3x week until you get over this.

    I never workout for more than 30 mins anyway. I go at a fast pace. Today I did deadlifts, benchpress, close grip chin ups, military press, ez-bar curls, reverse grip ez-bar curls, close grip bench press, squats, seated leg curls, and donkey calf raises.

    So what's going on with your gyno? What did the doctor recommend? Did you start another cycle? Did you get your blood levels of Estrogen checked?
