? about hcg and nolva pct...

i am about to start my first cycle;ill be using 1 amp of sust 250 every 5 days along with about 250-300 of deca...i was thinking about just using nolva and hcg for my pct...can anyone tell me thier opinion about the best way to go about using only these to substances.ive read most of the threads but saw most of them containing these two also have a third substance with the pair...also should i start the hcg during the cycle or after?if after should i use it 3 weeks after my last sust shot like with the nolva??my initial plan was to use the hcg during the last 2-3 weeks of the cycle about 500 ius every 5 days...and then continue with the hcg post cycle for the time being until the 3rd week when i start the nolva.then continue by combining them both for about three weeks.does anyone see anything i could do different or better than this??just looking for the best basic hcg - nolva combo to do with my cycle.some feedback would be greatly appreciated.thanks

There are so many theories, there really isn't a right answer.
Some will take HCG through out, while others will take it after.
I have a friend that just took HCG post cycle alone, and he liked it.
You could do something like HCG and nolvadex 40mgs/day for 7 days then 20mgs for 14 days. You are doing something, that is the main thing.

Should not be used for too long...because if so, will des-sensitize your ledding cells (not a good idea)

They way I would use it in your case....Since you have to steroids with long esters. start HCG next day of your last shoot of test, keep it at 500 IU's A day per 15 days.
Then....Do the 22 days Anthony Roberts PCT.
That includes Nova and clomid.
