    i started pct on 08-04-08, im doing the anthony roberts pct... my cycle lasted 22 weeks and consisted of

    weeks 1-8 tren acetate
    weeks 1-12 deca
    weeks 2-16 EQ
    weeks 4-20 Primo
    weeks 8-22 test ent
    weeks 19-22 winstrol oral 20 mgs a day 30 minutes before workout.. didnt take on days i didnt work out.

    i started at 255 lbs 25-28 percent body fat
    before i started pct i was 230 lbs 13 percent body fat

    as of today im 228 12% so its likely i lost some water weight.....
    i will write in here to let u know how this pct goes, so far so good....

    just a note but the only change i made to the anthony roberts pct was do 1000 iu's of hcg EOD and im gonna add some tribulus after im done with the hcg... later bros..

    thanks bros.... my strength got out of hand.. your gains normally give u away when your on cycle but because i had lyme disease last year my strength went way down before i started this cycle..... bench 225 for 4 in beginning , today 345 for 4... shoulder press 60 lbs dumbbells now 115 lbs dumbbells and so on....there was a section of the cycle when i was really losing weight where i plateau a little but thanks to rotating the roids i came out of it... all and all it was well worth it but what i look like after pct is what counts...

    had a long day of manual labor and this is one of those days where if im on cycle i find the strength and go to the gym and if im not i wouldnt. well on this PCT i still fell like i took a shot this week and i didnt... went to the gym , my strength is STILL increasing daily... and on top of this all im looking leaner , all that water is comng off , so i figure ill wait til im done with PCT to post pics... coming to a steroid world near you!!!!!!!! the best site ever

    it was a leaner, i controled my calories stay at around 2200 a day so i did gain lean mass but i also lost a lot of fat.. protein and calories and quality of calories control gains.... and i ran one cycle last year and then got lyme disease and then when it was over i did this cycle, and they were my first cycles in about 7 years......

    today i weighed in at 223 and 10.5 bf , still only losing bad weight (water ,fat) but my strength has not lost a step yet and were pretty deep into PCT so far so good fellas, anthony roberts PCT kicks ass after a long cycle and thats my word on it

    Default well a lifters worst enemy...

    on friday i got the one roid no one wants the hemorroid....and it sucks ..... but as for my pct still going good , the only side was hot flashes in the beginnning... my weight as of today is 224 10.5 bf so im happy and my strength has continued to increase , i have to say that this pct kicks ass... now that my ego can take a back seat i keep switching my workouts and i keep the pace high , i lose some strength but my muscles stay sore.....

    i think partly because i stopped using the ali (fat blocker) and its made me irregular and pushing too hard at the gym , so thats my estimation to it but ill survive , a few days off is needed anyway

    no those pics are from the middle of my cycle ?? um i ran a cycle last year , and i done 10 cycles since i was 18... the problem was last year i got lyme disease and blew up to 260 pounds so all my gains from last year were destroyed by the lyme disease, so its all about the progress . my goal is 215 lbs and 5 percent body fat so i have a ways to go

    i read an article the other day about muscle growth and its corelation to heavier weights... it stated that 6-10 reps were ideal for mass gains and that we should do 7-8 sets total for big muscle groups and 5-6 for smaller gains , so i switched up my workout schedule and it also states we should go on a 8 day cycle, one on , one off... so im trying it now and so far its made me sore which is good... as of today my weight and bf have leveled off so i feel pretty good and new pics coming soon.... my big question is when do we get a pic of the all mighty espiros, thats what im waiting for...

    you shouldnt be ashamed bro remember as we get older we get a pass if were not perfect..... and it makes the after pics look so much better...

    on another note here is my plan for my next cycle in november or december and its gonna look like this

    weeks 1-10 test prop 100 mgs eod , masteron 100mgs eod , tren acetate 75 mgs eod
    weeks 1-4 t-bol

    and this cycle is to kick start a 6 month to a year of hgh

    it amazing how good i feel at this moment .., my strength is still rising my bf is dropping and i look better and better daily.... most times by now the strength starts to leave and i want stop lifting but not thiis time my man anthony roberts is right on the money with this pct even after such a long cycle its still money

    Even when I'm on my third day only......including HCG and Arimidex to the end of the cycle, maked a HUGE difference so far!!!
    I'm still strong...working hard and without lack of motivation as it usually happens during PCT!!!

    im just about done with my pct and im tapering off of nolvadex.... my strength has stayed pretty level no real muscle loss im 225 now and 11 percent body fat im planning the start for my next cycle at around the end of november.... its a long process to get all i need , but it will be worth it ... in the end i completely endorse the anthony roberts pct , it is as good or better than any other pct.... especially since my cycle was sooo long..

    Ya, keep calories high through your pct to give your body the best chance to reset its homeostatis set point. Then eat medium protien like Z at around 250grams, high healthy fat at 15grams with each meal that is low carb, & low - medium carbs which should be consumed before lunch & after your workout.

    its tough getting that balance ..when on cycle a slip up of diet wont destroy you but too many slip ups post cycle can be trouble.....
