    i'm going to do the 22 day standard pct when i start the first 300mg of clom do i take it all at one time or do i split it up threw out the day

    Split it up...Much better for blood levels to spread it out throughout the day rather than overwhelm the body with a high dosage all at once...

    why clomid... nolvadex is proven to be so much better.. just saying and more cost effective. not to flame sorry... and yes broken up is much better now that you already know this. do you have any b4 and after pics since you're on your pct. better b looking huge man i know i'm not lol. Just looked at your cycle.. that is def my next cycle. in a few months. because i'm really looking to put on mass. how long did you use the dbol for? all the way thew your cycle or just the first 4 or so weeks?
