good PCT for this cycle

how would u guys set up PCT for this??????

Wk 1-14 var(175mg/week)
Wk 1-13 test e (600mg/week w/ frontload of 1200mg)
Wk 9-14 tren a (525mg/week)

...was thinking week 1-8 nolva (3500/week)
week 1-3 HCG (3500/week)
week 1-4 Adex (7mg/week)

also if able to get some igf possibly using that for 8 weeks at about 130mcg/week

Ideas????...or opinions on the PCT???

Try something like this:
Week Nolvadex /HCG/ Aromasin
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day
If you want to use Adex try .25mg a day
