Cycle Help?

Ok a little about myself, I'm 6'3 225 can bench 370, deadlift 550, this is my first cycle ever. My question is if Im scared crapless about getting gyno could I take 10 mg Nolva ED while on cycle?
My cycle is as follows:

Pre Cycle: Milk Thistle and Liver Protection and herbal cholestrol help. Also continue to take on cycle.

Weeks 1-4 D-bol ED 30 mg (take at three different times during the day)
Weeks 1-10 600 mg blend of Test E, Test Dec., Test Cyp. (Taken at 300 on Monday and 300 on Thursday) with 1" 22g needle to glutes.

2 Weeks after last pin Start PCT with Clomid ED Week 1-4: 50 mg ED, Week 5-6: 25 mg ED.

You could take Nolvadex with it but it's not necessary cause it can hinder some of your water gains...Always keep an anti estrogen on hand...Femara, Arimidex, Proviron...Nolvadex will NOT lower existing blood levels of estrogen...What it does do is compete with the aromatase enzyme at the receptor level to help lower chances of aromatization...

Use a 1.5" for the glutes...

Also, you should combine Nolvadex with Clomid and throw some Tribulus in there for PCT...See the Archived sections and PCT sections for the 22 day Nolvadex/Clomid cycle...

SO I shouldnt try to prevent the gyno just wait and see if I see signs (itchy nips, puffy)? And if so I need to then take Arimidex until the signs are gone while continuing the cycle?

Yer man wait for the signs, and be cool cause you can mentally encourage gyno. Get your hands on some letrozole (femera),,, it's more effective and works alot quicker than arimidex.

LOL, What I meant is if you can't stop thinking about your nips becomming milk engourged udders then you'll be more sensitive to estrogen. Don't worry about it.

Isn't letro one of the chemicals that could actually kill your sex life?
If that's the case, should be better to start with something milder?
Proviron, arimidex before?

Arimadex worked great for me. Started seeing a little signs around week 4 or 5, took .25mg ed for 2 weeks, and it went away. Didn't need it the rest of the cycle. I wouldn't worry. Like the others say, if you start to get gyno, you will know it in plenty of time to counter act it. Just keep a few things on hand just in case. But I agree that they will hinder your gains if you take it the length of your cycle. During those 2 weeks, I lost about 5 lbs of water weight. I actually leaned up some which was nice, but the weight came right back when I quit, minus the gyno.

Your right & I should have been much clearer.
I personally use letro @ .25mg every 3 days and that is when I would normally be running 1500mg of AAS per week, if that is not effective enough I bump it up to .25mg EOD and I have not yet needed to increase from there.

The reason I like letro is cause it not only stops the conversion of testosterone to estrogen it also stops the conversion of tren or deca to progestins, keeping us gyno free in every case.

Proviron is a great addition to any cycle (as you've probably caught me raving about it somewhere) and acts as an excellent anti estrogen to an extent, but when my system is flooded with AAS proviron is'nt stong enough alone to reduce the effects of estrogen alone so I prefer to use letro over a-dex so I'm covered on all fronts.

I started out with a little higher dosages and it did kill my sex drive but I dropped the dosage down to.25mg every few days and my sex drive came back. It also reversed a little bit of gyno from my previous cycle... good stuff.

I guess I will go and buy some letro (just in case) I ever need it.
Better safe than sorry, even when I always have, nova, proviron, HGC and lately dostinex (for high prolactine sides)
