did 12 wk bulk
500mg wk test cyp 400 mg deca started @230lbs ended 258lbs. after 22day pct still@252lbs. very happy with results ,stength is still very good . before next bulk i'm going to work on bf with ketogenic diet. over all good cycle, but pct was hell for me,next cycle i'm going to try diff pct.
