Deca PCT

OK guys I am lost and I cant seem to find a straight answer. I am about to do my first cycle using Deca. I have veered away from Deca because I have not understood the PCT. So I am just gonna come out and ask. I know I need Caber on hand incase I get gyno while on cycle but do I need it in PCT. I am doing the Anthony Robets PCT cause it worked awesome for me last time so how do I adjust it for Deca.

Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day

So if this is what Im doing what else do I need. When and how much. Thanks guys

you could take Caber during PCT just incase. I doubt you'll need it tho.

WW, isn't it true that if you keep regular estro in check during a deca cycle that that PIG won't be an issue. Something about needing higher estro for PIG to occur in the first place.
