Should I take caber right before PCT? What about HCG?

To start

My cycle:

• Deca 160mg / week (10 weeks)
• Test cyp 550mg / week (12 weeks)
• No AIs, no caber
• I am currently on week 11, have dropped deca.

My planned PCT:

• Chlomid 200/150/100/50 (4 weeks, mg)
• Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 (4 weeks, mg)

The problem is I just got what I think is deca dick. Just seems weird because my deca dosage was pretty low and it took 10 weeks to kick in. But I can't get it up for the life of me. Cialis works, but that's about it for now. Libido is off and on. I wouldn't say it's non existent. Which makes deca dick a living hell.

That said, I really want to focus on a good PCT and everyone is telling me to take an AI and caber to help the deca dick issue. So here are my questions:

1. Wouldn't taking caber and/or an AI right before PCT be a bad idea? Because I'm about to start taking Chlomid & Nolva, and you aren't supposed to take Armidex (AI) and/or caber while doing this. Correct?
2. Should I run HCG the week in between my last shot and when I start PCT? I've heard mixed reviews behind this. Shouldn't Nolvadex or Chlmoid bring the boys back? Or is this a good idea since I used deca and I'm obviously shut down.
3. Would you run your test an extra week (3 weeks past) to help deca get out of the system? Is 2 weeks enough?

I've been doing a ton of research and this is what I'm left with. I feel like the people on here are very knowledgeable and wanted to get your opinion so I have a good solid plan.

clomids is going to make your sex life worse, cause you'll be crying on your girls shoulder the whole time. get some Aromasin and if you've got Caber start it. I personally don't think its the Deca. IMHO

I think you have blood circulation problems if Cialis works. start taking some Argiinine or AAKG to help increase your blood flow.

your shut down even if its a Test only cycle. shut down is shut down.

run the Test another couple of weeks if you want.
