1st cycle pct advice

Hi looking for some PCT advice if anyone can help

Have read through the stickies and found a lot of information but most seem to relate to longer cycles with multiple compounds.

My plan is to run Test e 500mgs pw for 10 wks. I have 20 vials so 2 a wk, shot on mondays and thursdays.

Just wondering what will be the most effective and most essential drugs required for PCT

I was thinking from reading the stickies that NOLVA, CLOMID & HCG would be enough, but for my cycle what sort of dosages would i need and how long should i run the PCT to minumise loss of gains etc?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

wether you run 1 or 5 compunds PCT is the same, cause your shut down. the only difference is when you start your PCT, cause of the half life of the compound. I wouldn't touch clomid with a ten foot pole unless you like feeling like a little cry baby girl. research Aromasin and HCG. you should find doses during your search. sense your using Test E your PCT should start two weeks after your last shot.

Hi Noctor, WW is on the ball. You generally use the same PCT no matter what the cycle, unless of course you do a very short 4-6 week cycle then you'd only require 1-2 weeks of PCT..... 10-12 weeks is the average duration of a cycle so you'll find that if you're going to be on for 10 weeks that the stickies apply.

(Note that WW mentioned that the gear will leave your system approximately 2 weeks after your last shot, so theoretically you'll actually be 'on' for 12 weeks)

If i were you I'd just do a 3-4 week regieme of Nolva @20mg's ED... bump the dose to 40mg's for the first 2-3 days of your pct. Simple i know. But you can't beat Nolv.
