Sides from Cycle Advise
OK im going to start a cycle of Test E starting Wednesday 400-500mg a week. Not sure yet on what dose I will take since this is my first cycle. My question is what can I do to almost keep all sides at bay? I hear that Test is really bad for Gyno, Acne etc. Mostly concerned about the Gyno. Should I run A Anti-Estrogen for the whole cycle or start it at like week 2 or 3 ? BTW im doing a 8 week cycle. And will the Anit-Estrogen take from my gains? I am OK with losing a little of the Gains as long as I can keep the sides under control. Any sugestions would really help. Specially if you did this cycle personally. Its always nice to hear from someone that has the personal experience. But all advice is welcome.... I thank You guys in advance. This place ROCKS....

I would run 500 a week of the test e. When it comes to the sides some people are more prone than others. I personally would not take an anti-estrogen while on this cycle unless you started to show signs of gyno. I would save them for pct.

Bump shldrs..... You may not have sides. I go up to a gram a week of test without sides.

Im glad you guys didnt get any sides from your cycle... I sure hope im as lucky. LOL But if I do get sides would .05 Amiredex enough to stop them??? Or should I throw in Clomid as well??? Thanks Bro"s

Armidex 0.5 EOD is a good starting point and I just go with it starting the second week of the cycle. I really can't see why anyone would want to let Estrogen levels rise too much above normal. After a few weeks on a high test dose I'm guessing most people would do better taking 0.5 ED, I know I usually do. If you're like me and you keep that dosage steady with a bit of trial and error you should be able to "feel" your estrogen rising from diminished libido and erection quality. Bump it up or down as required.
It's not totally killing estrogen so it should not hinder gains. Keeping E in check should keep acne in control, the worse time for it might be in PCT with estrogen rebound when your natty test is coming back. I find it more difficult to control at that time. Also make sure to get properly dosed Adex that you can accurately measure.

Bump Shoulders, Chisel and Cappy. This will be trial and error for you to see how you react so have fun with it but stay on top of whatever sides you get to react quickly.
