Help on PCT

I was wondering if I got this right...This is the part that worries me the most. Making sure I dont loose my gains and my nuts come back.

500mg/Test - 10 week cycle

During Cycle
A r i m i d e x .5mg EOD (suggested to me by some senior members)

Should I take this no matter what only if I feel sides?
Should this be taken up to the day I start my PCT?

PCT
Day 1: Clomid @ 300 mgs.
Day 2: Clomid @ 200 mgs. (4 pills),
Days 3-11: Clomid @ 100 mgs. (2 pills),
Days 12-22: Clomid @ 50 mgs. (1 pill),

Day 1: Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Day 2: Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Days 3-11: Nolvadex @ 40 mgs. (2 pills)
Days 12-22: Nolvadex @ 20 mgs (1 pill)

Should I use HCG as well and if so at what dose and when should I start?
Should I continue use of A r i m i d e x .5mg EOD into PCT?

I failed miserably in PCT. However under the drug profiles section for arimidex they caution, this drug is contraindicated for use with Nolvadex (tamoxifen), as Nolvadex lowers the plasma levels of Arimidex. Common side effects include vasodilatation, headache, hot flashes, GI upset, bronchitis, sinusitis, depression, hair loss, hypercholesteremia and elevated liver enzymes.
So I gues don't use the nolva with arimidex, use aromasin perhaps.

Also you can consider the Anthony Roberts PCT protocal, it seems to be popular.

I read that as well and was wondering if the A r i m i d e x .5mg EOD during the cycle and the Nolvadex in the PCT...Is that considered taking them "taking them at the same time" and would cause complications? Or is it litterally taking them together.

Half life of adex is two days and HCG should b used before the clomid and nolva either during cycle or the wks leading up to pct waiting for test to clear whatever works for u but if using before starting the serms IMO continue adex with hcg(whatever ur dose or length may b) until a few days prior starting cuz HCG will elevate estrogen and drop the adex 3 days just to b safe before serms. What is the reason for Armidex during cycle. DONT TAKE IT UNLESS U NEED IT. Im under the impression this is your first cycle?

bump.
dont take any AI during cycle unless you start to notice some gyno issues. most wont need to worry about it on a first cycle with only 500mgs/wk of test.
stick to basic bread and butter PCT using clomid and nolva. there are a TON of threads and posts on this.

Before i did my first cycle.... I had this plan to have the most extravagant PCT ever... but most of it is overkill. Just use nolvadex for 3 weeks coupled with some peptides... maybe consider a pre workout NO product.

... mentally you'll feel like you're still on cycle and'll still put 110% in.

I agree. Don't take any ancillaries during cycle if you don't need it.
