    There is no possible way of knowing exactly. Hcg loses potency if not refrigerated. Only way to tell is to try it and check if your balls are happy with it.

    4 days it should be fine its one of the tougher peptides

    ^^^This is correct . Hcg is one of the more stable peptides at room temp. Info straight from the pharmacist.
