i am coming to the end of my cycle and how much nova and clomid should i be taking a day or a week

this is my first cycle by the way i was doing 500mg a week for 12 weeks

This is subjective as I'm sure others will chime in. But i would do 3 weeks from last inj 20/20/20/10 of nolva, 4 weeks and mgs per day. I've seen 40/30/20/10 as well but I've also read that some beleive that anything more than 20mg a day is a waste so I don't know.

clomid is redundant imo. some like to use both or one or the other. some experience mood swings on clomid as well.

i'd hit some hcg at 250iu a day for the one to two weeks prior to the nolva run if you have it.

Follow that and you should be fine mate.
