im coming for you crazed you big fucker we are both just some dumb farm kids that love to juice and love bodybuilding everyone lese is stating a log so im going to you can see my cycle at the bottom of the page im 4 weeks in rite now up 8 pounds messed up on some drol had problems with some thing but ive been on it for like 12 days now and the pumps are huge at 100mgs a day fuck pre workout with that stuff im going to post one if my abs that i dont have either being all bloated out and another of my back so i can see how much i progress in the next 30 weeks. my diet is bulk rite now just got the word from a grerat memeber here that i need to up my protien and cut my carbs back a bit so thats what im going to do today

Big shoulders, makes back look smaller. Keto's tough the first 10 days, then easy and pretty quick results.

my shoulders are retarded nig and strong ill do sets of 4n sets of 12 for shoulder presses with dumbells first one 90 100 110 120 for the last no jokw at all its dumb brother ive been doing back twice a day i layed off shoulders for a bit but they wont shrink the diet comes soon fuck me

You don't want your shoulders to shrink, brother. Just put them on the back burner for awhile and bring up the other muscle groups. Maybe only do one exercise for shoulders, like dumbell presses, and stop at 90 for 15 reps. Just my .02

How about this back workout:

Chin ups 4x to failure
Pull ups 4x to failure
Narrow grip pull downs
Wide grip pull downs
Seated narrow grip rows
Seated wide grip rows
One arm, dumbbell bent over rows
Roman chair reverse extensions

You could do the narrow stuff one day and the wide grip the second day?

See what works for you. Twice a week is a bit much for me. Maybe every 5 days doing different exercises each time? Rear delt work couldn't hurt. Also, it's time to bring the guns out brother. Those can't get too big! Keep up the good work. You've come a long way!

i do alot of heavy deadlifts and heavy rows but i do the wide grip narrow and close grip pulldowns im going to do more pullups from now on fpr that width i do 4 sets of rows trying to put that meat on there i do need to hit my arms more before they where bigger then my shoulders blew the heck up along with my chest and my back kind of its got better but there is always room for improvement when you guys tell me this stuff i soak that shit in and try it i want bigger traps to any ideas i need to hit abs more to here come some more pics

How about some deadlifts? My low back is jacked, but I still do lower weight, high rep DLs. Just a thought...

Abombs yummy in my tummy I took 150 mgs the other day and Did shoulders and had to quit after front raises and presses my shoulders were so pumped it hurt sat Down for 20 minutes to rest
