I'm upping my Tren dose. It's day 10 and I'm barely feeling the affects, not getting the magic kick like I usually do by now in a SHIC. No tren sides yet either.
Original Dose: Tren Ace Wks 1-6: 350 mg @ 100 mg EOD New Dose: Tren Ace Wks 2-6: 525 mg @ 150 mg EOD I've been pinning the traps, pecs and quads with no issues this week. Pushing the mls per shot to test tolerances 3 mls in quad, 2 mls in pecs & 2.5 in traps all NBD. Thank you WW. Diet is spot on, keto strips showing between "small" and "moderate." I can feel the ketosis too. Training is a little better, not as flat as last week but not superhero-like performance we expect when on cycle. Pumps are increasing some. Appearance is slightly changed w/more vascularity and some fat loss. Weight has held at 175 lbs.

the best way to test out your Tren is to run it solo in a cycle. the best Tren I have ever used was from the pellets, but they have the glue after taiste with every injection tho. if you guys still think your Tren is lacking bump it up to 150mg eod. I will only use the pellets to get my Tren from here on out. my 0.02

The kick has started! I had to leave the house for a walk last night at 11:30 b/c I was climbing the walls w/energy. High body temperature, hair trigger temper (under control thankfully).
Very anxious to get to the gym after a rest day and sleeping in today. Long work weekend ahead.

Good news: I'm in full ketosis, elevated body temp, dark pink test strips. Also, tren has kicked in 4 sure. I'm as irritable as an africanized bee, ready to sting the shit out of anything that makes loud noises. Strength is up too.

Its been an extremely hectic week with work and family. Gym time has suffered accordingly( only 3 good workouts this week and only 1 hr of hiit cardo). Gonna try to rectify that, this week. The gear has deffinately kicked in. Irritable as I ve ever been. The clen/t-3 combo must be doing the trick. Im noticing obvious fat loss. I tried the keto strips, today ( my first time) and they read negative. Question: If you test the same day you do you cheatin, will it affect the outcome? If so, how long after should I test to get an accurate result? I ve been very strict w/ diet(IMO) and its been 2 weeks, now. I would think I should be well into ketosis by now. On a good note, I tested w/ calipers and , according to it, Ive dropped 1.5% bf. I m going to schedule a tanita test for fri.

Test strips aren't totally accurate but do tend to give false positives more than false negatives i.e. if the strips say no ketones, they aren't in the urine. I drop out of ketosis for a day or two after cheat meal, but everyone's different w/keto. Also, the longer you're in ketosis the quicker you get back into ketosis after the cheat meal.

Nothing new to report this side-am a little disappointed in the tren so far. Have had growth, just not as much lean growth as I was expecting, maybe my expectations were a bit high.
Anyway at least no sides, apart from the initial nipple sensitivity, that has passed now. Started T3 and am up to 60mcg per day. Feel like its leaned me a bit, but am still not leaning out as much as I wanted and have gained nearly 12lbs-on 2300 calories per day. Strength is up quite a bit, particularly after starting the winny. |

Last week was a nightmare on my workouts and my diet, but apparently perseverence has paid off. I had an excellent workout, today. Noticed increases in strength and stamina. I tested light pink on the keto strips yesterday( a change f/ tan last week) and I tested 20% bf as opposed to 22% 2 weeks ago on digital caliper. I have scheduled tanita bmi test for mon. am. Im down 3 lbs f/ 2 weeks ago as well. Still taking in @ 4-5k a day. I have made minor adjustments to cycle i.e. removed all thermogenics due to cramping/ core temp issues related to job, and I ve added oral winni to the mix @ 50mg a day. My only unrealized expectation is that I dont seem to be gaining lean body mass as much as I wanted. Any suggestions? Or is it unrealistic to gain lean muscle on an intense cutter?

It's tough to gain on a cutter. You don't need the thermogenics, your job does that for you already. Save those for next winter.
My Update: SUPER agitated following tren injects, so I'm GTG there. Stamina is down too, shortness of breath at end of sets. I've dropped the cardio due to time restrictions. I'm working more hours than planned on an odd schedule. Lifting is the focus this SHIC, so the cardio is at 2-3 sessions per week only. Prolactin gyno symptoms appeared this week. Sensitive nipples w/small pebble sized lumps behind nipples. Upped my bromo dose from 2.5 mg 5 days wk to 5.0 mg ED. Symptoms subsiding on day 4 of increased dose. Strength def increased and leaning out a bit. I haven't made any judgements about tren yet, too early in cycle for me to conclude if I'll use it again or not.
