Default My Journey

I am 29 years old, I used to be in shape, but work and my day to day life has given me all the excuses to keep gaining weight. I started working out five times a week about two months ago although I have been paying a gym membership for over a year now. Anyhow, I weighted 225 lbs in December of 2009, with a 23.9% body fat. I made it a goal to get back in shape this year but 5 moths into the new year I have only lost 8 punds and 1% body fat. So far my diet has not been very good. and I do drink alcohol quite abit during the weekends. So Far my Workout program is basically run 3 miles three times a week and very little weight lifting.

Monday I ran three miles, no weight lifting. Today ran two miles and did 15 min of rowing. I am planning to start lifting tomorrow and still do some cardio.
I made a weight lifting program tonite that will start Monday, as well as a meal plan. I also ordered 20ml of Winstrol and 20ml of Primobolan from Asian Gear today, I had ordered Clenbuterol from an online source, and I recieved it today so I will start my cycle on Monday as well (If I get my gear by then). I have used gear in the past with great results.

I will keep this log to help me keep track of my progress and maybe get some critique and advise from the senior members. I will post pictures soon.

wow bro thats a long time to get little results.....its time to take a good look at your diet, post up so we can help......also as you already know gotta squash the drinky drinky, nothin but empty cals. bro........Sorry if i sound like im coming down on you, just want to get you goin in the right direction.....you def. want to start lifting, go for the tried n true stuff, compund exercises, squats, deads, standing overhead press, pull-ups, dips.....you will get better and quicker results......also as far as gear i would prolly add sum prop......post up sum stats n we will all help u out bro.....goodluck

Thanks Dboy. I know in all honesty Its been five month but didnt start working out until 6 weeks or so ago. And yes my diet was basically garbage. I started eating balanced on Monday. There is a place by my house and they put together a meal plan for me, they basically make the food to fit your diet. is a 2200 calorie diet, im actually reading the instructions right now. I also bought a tub of Isopure. I had a little bit of acne last time I used Testosterone (only used gear once in my life) so I am kinda of hesitant of using again. I am trying to go thru a mild cycle, I dont want to get Huge, just lean and healthy.

I don't understand the tapering of the gear and the doses look low. I would say 350mgs/week minimum on both from start to finish. I also don't know what the numbers representing Clen mean. Is that pils and if so, how many MCG's are each of them? I think you may be disappointed in Clen. Many are. Dboy is right about the booz. Not only are they empty calories but alcohol has a negative effect on every cell in your body so there is more to it's bad effects than just calories. PCT??
