Yea it's probably more realistic that it's around those #'s than what the calipers say. I think most people are over estimating their BF% and thinking it's less than it is.....some by as much as double probably. That's why I didn't list it in my stats.

idk, i think visible abs are not the best definition of judging bodyfat. I know a guy who is easily in the single digits, has veins running down his lats and through his stomach, etc but he hardly has abs. His abs are just very underdeveloped. Ive also seen some people that just dont carry much bf in their stomachs and manage to have abs at higher percentage bf. I think its all based on how you carry your fat, idk i could be wrong though.....

I find it hard to believe that someone could be in single digits and not see abs. I do agree that people carry BF differently though. I think it's far more likely that people with considerable body fat are carrying much of it on their torso and the abs account for much of that space. It's somewhat common to see people with chicken legs and small arms who have fat torsos but I can't remember the last time I saw someone with really fat appendages and a six pack lol.

Whichever way you look at it, I love hearing guys without a shred of definition claiming 10%. I have a friend who is delusional like that. He sounds like such a douche sometimes lol.

There are guys with just genetically, no abs really. Take a look at some competitions you'll see guys who barely have abs.

I'll put a pic up next week, though I have good lighting in my bathroom and I'll loook leaner than what I am lol.

Yeah I think I'm one of those guys. I used to have an old pic of me at a lower bf. I'll try to find it. It's the closest I've come to seeing any abs. If I remember it right they are just barely noticable. It was on my old computer that suffered a thermal event. I should still have the disk though.

Wow, my brain isn't working, I was thinking it's been four weeks now. It's just three.
Went away for the weekend and ate too much. Weighed in at 257 yesterday. That's 8lbs since I started, though I'm sure I'll drop 2-3 over the next couple days from the weekend.

Almost want to switch to prop already to drop this extra water. Finding it hard to tell if I'm progressing, as I don't know what's water and what is fat.

Here's a pic from first thing this morning, pretty flat. Not going to leave it up long though.
And I'll be the first to admit, I really don't look like someone that is 250lbs+

Damn man, your last year pic is exactly how I want to look. I think that's a near perfect physique. I don't think I'll ever see it though....but I can dream lol. Doesn't look like you have too far to go to get back there. Very nice!

Yeah I'll be happy if I can get close to last year, but mentally I'll probably be disappointed and self conscious if I don't get as lean as I was lol. Don't have the determination as I did last year, as I think this year it's like 'I can get there again easier than last year'.

How old are you Admin? That last year picture is good stuff! Like break said, not to far from that now...

For a tall bloke like me it must be good to have a physique like that rather than be a lanky slim dude

Looking good in both pics, admin! Bro, you're only like three ball busting weeks away from last years physique.

Bump, your one SHIC away from last year's cut. Plus, the lighting and the camera angle are slightly different and that affects the appearance of the muscle definition. IDT you're far from getting back to your old self.

Have you heard of Boyer Coe? Old school iron age pyhsiqe. Great build but never had abs. I think he has some flat ab genetics.

Sorry missed this. In the leaner pick I was about 234ish I believe, and that was probably my leanest and lightest weight.

Right now I'm stuck at 255.
Hard to imagine I'm 20lbs heavier than I was last year right now. Depressing lol.
I'm not doing any cardio, except walking the dog in the morning.
Feel like I'm holding water, but definitely didn't want to be about the same weight 5 weeks after first injection.

I took my last shot of cyp on Sunday, will be switching to prop. I hope I can drop atleast 5lbs of water.

Not really impressed with my results so far. I'm in calorie deficit, and feel pretty full, but something is just missing. Intensity is lacking in the gym too, and that's with me taking NO Shotgun even. Last year I was pumped to hit the gym every day.

One thing I have noticed is you do get dependant on the NO2 products.

Carb cycling. Haven't done keto in many years. Have been thinking about it again though. But carb cycling worked so well last year I wanted to stick with it. Not working as well this year.

Maybe time to shock the system again? What about Clen/T3, ECA stack?
