So I have been on here for awhile now and have not really made any post. So I thought I would. Just some back ground. I am 28 have been working out since I was 16. I have a killer metabolism. In order to maintain normal body weight with out gaining or loosing I have to eat around 4000 calories a day. So thru my years of playing with my diet trying to find a happy medium of gaining size with out packing on a large layer of blubber I have found that 6500 calories is what I need. I eat tons of complex carbs and tons of meats. I stay away from foods that are not calorie dense. When I first started to work out at 16 I weighed 180lbs then at the age of 23 I started to play with my diet and was able to jump up to 200lbs. I hit the 200lbs mark and hit a wall, was not able to break thru. Then I discovered this wonderful web site. Thanks to a great supplier I was able to get my hands on some badly needed suppliments. On my first cycle I took dbol for 1-6 and Andropen for 1-10 weeks. I was able to go from 200lbs to 220lbs. I knew alot of it was gonna be water weight due to me drinking 2 gallons a day. So after first cycle I did PCT and only lost 5lbs. I am now 3 weeks into my second cycle and I am taking dbol 1-6weeks, andropen 1-10 weeks and equipose 1-10 weeks. 3 weeks in and i am up to 225lbs. All I can say is ASIA ROCKS.
