Default Reps year Nov 08 - Nov 09

My year Nov 08 – Nov 09

28th November 08 168lb/12st BF 10.5%
28th November 09 196lb/14st BF 16%

Total Muscle gain for year = 14lb

Dieted from mid Sept- 28th Nov 08 tho mind.
Before I dieted down to 10.5% bf, lets remember I was 190lb at 15% BF. if my memory serves me right.
So in real terms, I have really only gained 3lb of muscle I have never had before.
Am I pleased……… yes I am over the moon

3lb is not a lot ( it was pretty easy to put the other 11lb back on as I had already been there) but for me it is good as I am 54 and it is hard work just to maintain at this age. The diet..... as you can see now 16% BF now,has just been good wholseome Body building food
oats, salmon, tuna , chicken , beef, eggs etc. no diet as such just watching what i am eating............95% of the time anyhow. Always making sure i can get into my 34" waist trousers..when they get tight I cut back on the carbs.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!

Default Especially at your age

That is really great, most of the young lads cant do that... nice, your a great example of what happens when you don't take short cuts and are in it for the long haul....
