Reality of how much you can add .
this applies to 99% of the population


You just don't add muscle at extreme rates. If you started out at 15 years old and 150lbs, and converted just 10 GRAMS of protein to new muscle each day. (10 grams out of the 100's that you eat) You would be almost 400lbs of pure shredded mass in your mid 30's.
Obviously, there are no contest ready 400lb bodybuilders, so it is safe to assume that even the "easiest gainers" out there are converting much less than 10g of protein to new muscle each day.
The advice for hard gainers is to be diligent and consistent. Creating the potential for even 1 additional gram of protein to be converted to muscle protein each day will amount to MASSIVE gains over time.


Gains while on ASS and bulking
Please remember this, water and fat make up most of it and I think this is where people get a bit confused. You can jam down the calories and what your body does not need will very easily turn the extra cals into fat ......Muscle on the other hand has to be built ...this is a whole different story and complex process.
Once you diet back down to exactly the same BF% as you started out thats your gains in lean muscle...and then comes the next reality check ..you gotta hold on to them!!!

Well said...the reality does hurt. If you weigh often, you will find yourself chasing the scale and what you weigh on a particular day will affect your mood.
I stay far away from the scale!

Yes dead becarfull your not puting on to much water weight there. Your going to lose all the water you put on... sux i know but welcome to ASS i would expect u to keep 5 - 7 kg of weight after your cycle maybe more if you lucky and have good PCT..

But keep up the good work mate and make the most of your first cycle.. It will never be this easy again :P

Yes. It has affected my mood in the past... so now I'm not overly fussed about the weight because I know a large percentage of it is probs everything but muscle.... big question though... I have veins in my abs (I have put on a bit of fat though) and really to be honest I don't think I'm holding much water.... I keep telling myself that it can't be mostly muscle cause it takes time to build muscle.... BUT I am quite muscluar atm and I haven't put on too much fat at all.

There is a lot going on here with fat and water. I will let one of the other guys chime in. One example of fat you may not see...Have you seen a marbled up ribeye steak?

Hey. I'm back. Lots of shit going on in my life atm. Making it extremely hard to get online.

Would like to say that I'm in the 10th day of PCT... my last deca shot was 14 days ago... was taking prop.... so would that mean on the 18th day on not taking the deca that I start my a-dex and nolv.

was going to take 1.5-2mg a-dex and 20mg nolv daily for a month.

You guys said that I'd lose a whole heap of weight. I've only lost 6.6lbs.... but the down side is that for the last few weeks of cycle i didn't put on any weight.... but I seem to be keeping most of it.

p.s yes I am alive.... and can't wait to get back on cycle.

Did you stop the deca and prop at the same time?

Prop has a much shorter half life than deca-you start pct (nolva at 40mg per day, not adex) 2 weeks after the last deca injection, but the prop only has a 4 day half life, so you should run the prop up until 3 days before starting the nolva.
Careful dead or you're going to have test crash.

If you did stop the deca and prop 10 days ago, I would suggest starting the pct now-40mg nolva per day.
