    Default My post cycle No2/Creatine log LG Sciences

    I've been lucky enough to get to test LG Sciences Cold Fusion EX. It's a NO2/Creatine blend. I did a similar blend a couple years ago, suggested by a friend who helps out natural guys. Enjoyed the pump from it, while clean and not lifting too seriously.

    So started it today, with my PCT. Felt fantastic on it. I don't know if it works this fast, or if it's just from eating so much carbs and junk over the last few days. But I had a great workout and a great pump. Tris were sore, the pump was so good. Would be very happy if I keep having good workouts like this. Hope I don't hold too much water though.

    Took this pic after my workout.

    240lbs right now. Don't care about my weight because it's jumped from 232-238 over the last couple months. Holding water from pigging out all weekend though.

    PS. I have a feeling my test was underdosed. I was taking it alone for the last few weeks, and sex drive was mediocre... since I and a couple others here thought it may have been from the winstrol.

    Well I was on Tren and Test Enan, and it was through the roof. Went to prop and winni, and just 'okay'. So figured winni. Stopped the winni, and still just 'okay'. I was only taking like 350mgs of test enan too, then taking up to 500mgs of prop.

    Looking solid man to say the least!!! Its a possibility that it was underdosed. I know my second to last cycle i was taking 750mg of test cyp alone, and my sex drive was almost a burden it was so high!! If the wind blew wrong, it would stand at attention!!

    My last cycle i was on 750mg of test cyp again with 600mg eq and my sex drive was half of what it was the previous cycle, so i figured it was the eq. The tests of the two cycles were from different sources, so that could have been some of it also...

    Regardless admin you looking lean and mean. Im ready to see you go on a big bulker, and put on about 30 or so pounds!! Im sure with your frame and genetics you can do that fairly easily!!

    Lol yeah im with you on a huge bulker for Admin but he cant play safety at 275....lol or beat out an infield hit to first base

    lol. I was at the gym yesterday, doing back, and a guy who compete nationally came up to me and said I should compete. I said 'nooooo I'm too tall and not big enough to step on stage'. Toldhim I just recently made up my mind I don't want to get any bigger... now I'm back on the fence again lol.

    Never measured. If I measure and say my arms are 17", I'll be damn, I want them 18". If they are 18", I'll be damn, I want them 19" lol. Waist no clue because I always buy pants that are a few sizes too big. My jeans are 38, and they were too big before I started dieting, so now they are all scrunched up with my belt on lol.

    Also have been doing 45sec rest with much lighter weight this week, which is also a reason for the great pumps I've been getting. I think I might do another week of it, it is feeling good, and I'm out of the gym around an hour. Maybe less.

    I'm gonna see how the next two months go, and I'll decide last minute if I'm going to bulk or not. It would be a clean bulk, aim for a good 10lbs.

    Id bet they would be pushing 19 if not a little over!!! And i wouldnt think your waist would be over a 34!! But yet pictures can be a little deceiving at times, not taking anything away from you by any means though!! Im not a good guess at overall chest measurements tho!! I know my bud when he was bb had around a 51 inch chest, but he competed light heavy, so he was big for his class. Yes a lean mass bulk would be good, and i bet you wouldnt gain much fat, and at the end of it would still have good, visible abs at all times.

    I don't know, I doubt 19". Though that's probably the biggest my arms have ever looked.

    Yeah if I did a clean bulk, I'd be happy if I could keep the abs. Don't know how many calories I'd take in. I was getting leaner and put on some muscle at 2300. I was thinking 3000-3500. Minimal to put on some solid mass would be the goal. (Though that does sound very low for a 'bulk' cycle). If I do, I'll have to move to middle linebacker next year lol. Also wouldn't mind playing some fullback!

    Yeah just a senior league. Ranges from age 21-45. Average age is about 25 I'd guess.
    I'll see how it goes. Only been to the gym once this week. Shoulder is bugging me.

    Taking another day off, because of my shoulder.
    Could it possibly be a bone bruise? It's right on top of my shoulder, right where the trap ends, but right before the delt starts, forget the name of it. Doesn't really seem like anything but muscle there? Doctors, opinions!? lol That said, it's not horribly bad, just annoying and don't want to train and keep the injury around.

    Still taking the supplement, and staying very full looking, which is great. Usually when I take 3-4 days off, I feel flat and awful, but I'm feeling good, and that's with 120carbs yesterday, and 80carbs today.

    Shoulder is still really bugging me. Feels like a deep bone bruise. Not as bad, but still bothering me. Haven't done shoulders in two weeks. Light other exercises too.
    Creatine/no2 is keeping me nice and full though.
    Doing light weights, 45sec rest, high reps. Getting crazy pumps. Will probably do it for another week, depending how my shoulder is next week.
    Weight is 235 right now.

    Have you gotten it checked out? I know when i started working out , i would always lift very heavy on shrugs. I had a deep pain around the same place you are talking, the bottom of trap, shoulder area. I ended up have to go to physical therapy because i tore my trap. It dosent hurt now, but my trap i injured grows different than my other. Its not very noticeable until i point it out. It grows more towards my back now, rather than upward. Id get it checked if i were you, it couldnt hurt to.
