Ok, so I started my test E 500mgms a week on monday (june22) and had my 2nd shot yesterday (thursday 25). I preloaded with 500mgms (mon and thurs)this week. All went well, the right side hurt worse then the left which I read sometimes happens. Glad I got the shot thing down pretty quick cause I was a bit scared at first (was just holding the needle and looking at my butt like What The Fuck am I doing lol). But really i think it hurts worse the next day.
I really doubt the test has kicked in but my workouts are going fucking awsome...like just the idea of it pumps me up for the gym ![]() It took me three days to get into Keto...so this is my second day in that state. I feel hott a lot, but I have more energy (maybe that's the test or in my head)...but I seriously cant sit down. Been doing a lot of cardio and hittin the weights hard. Three on and one off, with my cardio in the morning and lifting at night. I will prolly post my diet and wrkout soon....but this will do for now

Ok, so im only six days in to my cycle of Test Eth...but I swear my nipples are kinda tingling. I'm trying to tell myself its just that I'm paranoid but better safe then sorry....is it to soon to be feeling that kinda thing. They are not swollen or puffy, no lumps or pain. just I can feel them more...maybe now more cause I was messin with them to check.
What should I do? Wait a day? start some Nova? what? Thanks guys

Ok...so keepin you updated. I finally figured out what was up with my nipples. I guess I am alergic to sunscreen or at least a specific kind cause it did the samething to my face today at work. Then to make sure I put some on just one side of my chest and sure enough my nipple was tinglin....Who knew lol. So good news is not the test (yet, knock on wood). But i knew that shit was not in my head lol
Either way it scared me enough that I ordered some letro just in case (and like you guys have told me, better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it). Tomorrow is shot day!!!(3rd shot, 2 week on) and CHEST AND BACK..so I'll let ya know how that works out. I plan on posting diet tomorrow as well... as always, thanks for everything guys

Let me know what you think....Should I add a bit more protein (rt now if I go by 1.5 times my weight =262...so its more then that already. since I am trying to cut I figured 285 would work.) thanks

your low on protein and low on good fat. you need to get plenty of good fat so you tell your brain that your getting plenty. so you don't go into starvation mode which than you'll store the little fat that you are taking in. the mind and body will win every time. eat whole eggs , all the good stuff are in the yolk. 350g protein and 100g good fats. you can leave the carbs where they are at. |

you will shed fat if your consuming enough so your body doesn't think your starving. yes count the yolk fat. plus cholesterol in eggs increases Test levels. |

I hate egg whites i only eat whole eggs...yummy ..youll get to that 315 for reps soon dont go too crazy too soon and end up hurting yourself oh wait that wont happen youve got youth on your side still...lol seriously be careful allthe added strength youll be getting can put a bit of a strain on ligaments and tendons so dont go ape shit all the time..good luck
