if your on cycle you can run it longer. you can run it as long as you was wanting to run the whole T3 with no issues.

Wo their Mike. Lets get this out the way first. take that darn cottage cheese/broccoli out your diet. Although you are probably temporary out of ketosis; remember your body is at its most sensitive state when in ketosis; so therefore any amount of carbs introduced to the body can throw you out of it.
Seriously get rid of the above food items. Now here is info so you know what to do when fatloss starts to slow or halt. Once fat loss slows, I always increase cardio first, then I increase the amount of fat burners (Clenbuterol, Cytomel, lipolyze).........After those other methods are exhausted, only then, do I play with the diet. Okay T3 dont ramp up or ramp now that is the question.... Well this is your first run with t3 so you should defitnitely ramp down. You are introducing your body to a new compound that is and can be very powerful; so after a few cycles with this drug structure;;; yes...... you may then stop at the sound of a whistle. Remember studies show as I have 2 thread in my archives that explains this that stated the thyroid bounces back fast and never really gets shut down. U.R |
