Nice Supy, I did 5 plates on each side of the Hammer Strength Isolated Row Machine tonight. (pulling both sides at the same time) I was good for 2 clean reps. Those Omnadren's are peaking!! 750wk and 780mg EQ.

bench 475 6 clean reps
deadlifts 550- clean reps
squats 550 clean reps.
i don't push myself much more, i train alone. i do everything clean, if i had someone to spot i could go higher. but i'm 40 years old and i'm getting stronger off every cycle. no complaints.

Dude 475 for 6 equates to about a 560lb 1RM bench which I can almost guarantee is a state record and in some feds might be a world record for your age.....Not to mention that you’re saying you bench about as much as you squat? Not calling you out....just a bit peculiar.

Bench (before surgery) 585lb in competition all natural...looking to get to 600 in 12 months...gotta heal 1st but did hit 225 for 50 today easily.

Deadlift: 705 in last comp....looking for 725 in next comp

Squats: 755 in last comp but hit 810 monday.

Clean and press: usually will work up to triples with 295 but have done 335 in college.

BB Curls: Do triples with 225 working up to 250.....100 lb DB curls for good reps.

Hmmmmm.....let me think, oh...Skull crush 315 for reps of 5.

All my lifts are all natural so I’m not sure what they’re gonna be when I’m “super natural”.

Gonna start a log and post some training vids up. I like to legitimize my lifts by posting vids (especially in comps)…it’s to easy to throw out exaggerating claims on weights lifted, gotta love the male ego.

Some big lifts here!
Strengthlegend, we'll give you a SW shirt to wear when you go to the dark side :P Some insane numbers there, good work, can't wait to see what they are when you take something, they will explode.
After about 5 months off of chest and legs due to injuries, I'm slowly getting back there.
My bench is 315 for about 6 reps.
I squated 365 for 6 this week too. Something in my hips is really hindering my squat. I can squat more with my feet about 4" apart then I can with a regular or wide stance. I think it might just be because they are so tight. And I go ass to the ground, or as close as I can get wtih my feet that close. Can't complain, I'm eating about 2200 calories a day for last 3 months, and carbs range from 80-200g a day. I haven't tried to go heavy heavy in about 5 years, but I'm thinking about bulking up this winter, though with myself aways getting injured I don't know if it's worth it lol. And my form is just awful with deadlifts. I started back with them again, and have done just 225 for 10 reps, just to do them, and hopefully increase weight if I can keep my form.

take it how you want bro, why should i lie about lifting. since i've been 15 years old my job is nothing but heavy lifting. i know that does'nt matter when it comes to weightliftig, but to me it's mind over matter. there are plenty of strong men out there that can outlift that no problem. and my age your as old as you want to be. lol. i'm impressed with your numbers bro. good job!

Trust me dude....there aren't many people outlifting your numbers at your age or even half your age...not that your that old lol. You should look into competing if you like to lift heavy, 500+ raw bench and 600+ raw squats (assuming you deadlift near what you squat) would own 98% of the competition. Throw a bench shirt on ya and your numbers could climb in the 700s......only a few people in the world can hit that weighing under 300lbs.

Default My journey to five wheels

I wasn't really interested in getting to 500 in bench but since Supy started it I am working on it, and I am at 435 , I think it only counts if you do it twice, so I did 435 for 2. I know I can go heavier but I am taking my time so I don't rip something.

Aren't the people at westside bb the ones who popularized conjugate periodization (IE pyramid sets as opposed to to linear (doing the same amount of reps every set for that work out / 3-5 week period))
