seated military press been using smith machine too long went to free weights today just the bar 10 65 10 85 10 105 10 125 10 145 10 165 10 side raises front raises L-raises upright rows dumbell press rear raises did all theese with 20# dumbells any where from 9-20 reps went thru this 2 times nonstop seated overhead dumbell extensions 50#s incline dumbell curl 40# incline dumbell skullkrushers 40s dumbell hammer curls 40s triceps pressdowns 80 standing cable curls 70 did all theese non stop with various weights and 7- 20 reps did all 6 exercises nonstop and took a 1 minute break and did it again 30 minutes of fat burn HR @120

Dont take me wrong i still get plenty sore but i used to be sore for 3-4 days it was so bad it hindered me at work.A lot of climbimng at Steel Mills and Refineries. Now its down to 1-2 days
